Delivery & Returns

Orders will normally be dispatched within five working days of receipt.

Inevitably products will occasionally become out of stock. Out of stock items will be noted on a backorder slip and an expected delivery date, this will be included with your paperwork.

We use the Royal Mail or selected Courier Services to deliver orders.
All consignments are sent subject to any terms and conditions imposed by Royal Mail and any reference to compensation is the compensation from Royal Mail.

UK Delivery

Orders up to the value of £20.00 will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post.
Orders from £20.01 to £75.00 in value will normally be sent by Royal Mail Signed For or similar and requires a signature.
Orders over £75.00 in value will normally be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar and will require a signature.

Europe and Rest of World

If there are problems in trying to arrange delivery of an order to a particular country outside the UK, we will contact you in the first instance. This is because a courier such as UPS may be required which will incur additional costs. Please contact us prior to ordering for exact costs.
Orders under £20.00 will be sent airmail, orders over this value will be sent "International Signed For" or similar.
International orders are based on weight

Returns

If you are unhappy with any of the other items we have supplied you may ask to return them within a fourteen day period from date of receipt, after this time we will not accept goods back unless faulty. After inspection we will credit the cost of the items to you, the goods are to be returned to Bambambeads at your cost unless thay are defective in which case we will provide a return envelope or refund any additional postage costs as agreed beforehand, please call first.
